Kevin A. James has represented a variety of real estate clients in both commercial and residential transactions and litigation, including complex quiet title matters, easement disputes, boundary line disputes and adjustments, commercial and residential non-disclosure actions, landlord-tenant issues, and purchase/sale agreements. Kevin has also represented a wide array of clients in complex business transactions and litigation matters, including, contract disputes, purchases and sales of businesses, entity formation, general corporate and LLC management, and shareholder derivative actions.
